Sioux Valley Cooperative was established on February 10, 1956 when a group of Watertown locals met with one common goal: to form a cooperative oil company. In their first year of business, the cooperative had one location, two trucks, and 580 patrons. Today Sioux Valley Cooperative business spans over 12 counties in Northeastern SD & Western MN. We employ about 100 employees and have over 5,000 patrons. The company offers farms, homes, and businesses reliable energy, agriculture, and convenience products through its network of 12 locations across central and eastern South Dakota and western Minnesota.
