Sioux Valley Coop Acquires Fuel Assets of Nassau Farmers’ Coop

(Watertown, SD) – On July 20, 2017, the patron of the Nassau Farmers’ Elevator Company in Nassau, MN voted by a 97% margin to merge with the Wheaton-Dumont Coop Elevator. In a joint statement released Friday, Jared Landmark, CEO of Sioux Valley Coop in Watertown, and Philip Deal, General Manager of the Wheaton-Dumont Coop Elevator, announced they have finalized an agreement under which Sioux Valley Coop has acquired all fuel assets of the Nassau Farmers’ Elevator. The agreement was made final on Friday, September 1st.
